Personal TrainingThere is personal training and then there is us. We don't want to be compared to others in the fitness industry because we don't operate the same way. Our unique training structure enables us to easily help our clients meet their personal, measurable goals.

How much is Personal Training? Investing in OUR training system will be the best investment you have ever made.

We offer many different training packages. Each package is customized to individual goals and the prices vary depending on the duration, frequency, structure, and components of training.

What is the Y-MaxTraining System? Y-MaxTraining System goes beyond personal training. It is a complete exercise and nutrition system customized to your goals, nutritional habits, health, fitness experience and pre-dispositions.

Key Features: • Weekly exercise plan for days without your trainer • Nutritional assignments specific to your eating habits and preferences • Progress monitoring and accountability • Weight goal for each month • Functional components to improve lower back and joint strength

Y-MaxTraining System has a VERY high rate of success; especially with individuals whose main goal is weight loss.

Martial Arts AcademyAikido: Ages 12+ BI: Students will learn self defense techniques against attackers armed with a knife and empty handed. Improve physical conditioning and gain confidence in self-defense maneuvers. Mentally and physically learn how to relax under pressure.

Brazilian Jiu Jit Su Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art and self-defense system that concentrates on grappling and ground fighting. BJJ stresses leverage and technique to control an opponent on the ground. Brazilian Jiu-Jit Su is a great workout and fun for the whole family.

Youth Karate : Ages 5-14 Members $60/Program

Youth Basketball LeagueOur Co-Ed Youth Basketball leagues are a great way to get your child exercising, learning the sport of basketball and building strong social skills. The league is split into 7-10 years old and 11-13 years old and will run every Saturday morning with practice on Wednesdays at 6pm for 10 weeks. Parents are always welcome to help coach and join the fun! Register over the phone or at the front desk. Fee: $35

League Includes: • Practice once a week • Team t-shirts and medals • $0 Joiner Fee if you open a membership

Adult Basketball LeagueThe McCormick Tribune YMCA's Adult Basketball league runs 10 weeks consisting of 8 regular season games followed by a single elimination tournament. Teams can only consist of 9 players and must have a team captain who will be responsible for all league administration and information. League is for ages 18 and up. FEE: $550 per team.

League Fee Includes: • Jerseys for all players • Hired certified referees • kkChampionship trophy to the winner of the league

Child Care/CampSummer Camp: June 16, 2014 - August 22, 2014. It is never too late to plan for your child's summer. We will host 10 weeks of FUN. All sessions weeks, include schedule swim time and field trips. Daily activities include weekly theme based lessons which also include recreational and sports play. For more information, please check out web site. Parent informational nights are scheduled for March 26, 2014, April 23, 2014 and May 14, 2014, at 6:30 pm at the YMCA. Registration begins, March 17th.

School-Age/Headstart Program - On site at the YMCA(Ages 2-12) The McCormick Tribune YMCA is a licensed child-care provider for working families who need after-school care for their children. The services offered include an option of free 10-month, half-day Head Start or a full-day Headstart which is year-round. Our rates are based on household income. We do accept AFC certificates. Our School Age Program is year-round and provides transportation from designated schools. A Family Membership is included for qualifying families with children enrolled in our programs. Limited slots are available.
