The Round Rock Express baseball camps offer big-league quality instruction on the fundamentals of the

game of baseball. Express baseball camps range in ages and offer opportunities for all skill levels. We

pride ourselves on providing high-level baseball instruction from knowledgeable and experienced coach-

es. Express camps aim to develop the complete ballplayer by not only focusing on the physical skill sets,

but leadership and mental skills as well.

Leading the staff is Chase Almendarez, who is entering his first year with the Express as the Amateur

Baseball Coordinator. Chase played baseball at Round Rock High School, played junior college baseball

and finished his baseball career at the University of Houston-Victoria. Other coaches include Cedar Ridge

Head Coach Daryl Reeves and Pflugerville Weiss Head Coach Garrett Bivone who serve as lead instruc-

tors and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Express camps. Other area high school

coaches and current college baseball player round out our staff.

Express camps also partner with the A-C-E Mentoring Program, which gives local high school baseball

players the opportunity to further develop their skills on the field while at the same time serving the great

community of Round Rock as mentors at our camps.

Campers must bring their own equipment. Bat, glove, cleats (no metal spikes) and helmet. Catchers must

bring their own gear for full day and overnight camps. Round Rock Express is not responsible for lost

items.
