Return the entry form below to one of our farmshops (or scan and email to michole.jeynes@
daylesford.com) by 5pm on Monday 15th May. The theme for the competition is bees. If you are
selected for entry, bring your bee-themed creation (max. 8x8”) to the Afternoon Tea Tent in the
Market Garden, at our Summer Festival on Saturday 20th May between 10 - 11am.

Prize: Oxfordshire Honey.
TERMS & CONDITIONS. Entries will close at 5pm on Monday 15th May 2017. Places for each category are limited, so apply
early. Successful entrants will be notified by 5pm on Tuesday 16th May 2017. All entries must complete an entry form and
return to email@example.com by 5pm on Monday 15th May 2017. Entry forms can be collected from all Daylesford
farmshops, in the Cotswolds and London, or emailed to you, please request from firstname.lastname@example.org. The cake
decorating competition is open to those who are over the age of 8 years old. Entrants must be amateurs, defined as; a. Must
not be employed in or accept money for working in the baking or catering industry b. May not have their cake decorating work
on display in a commercial bakery or cake shop. Only one entry may be submitted per person. No team entries accepted. Only
one entry per individual will be judged. All cake entries must solely be the work of the contestant. The two entry categories
are defined by the following age groups: 8 years - 17 years, 18 + years. The theme of the cake competition is ‘Bees & Wild
Pollinators’. Cakes must be up to 8” x 8” in size. Daylesford will supply a cake stand per contestant. All contestants will be
assigned a 10” x 10” space for displaying their decorated cake in the Daylesford Afternoon Tea Tent, Market Garden. Access to
install your cake will be available on Saturday 20th May 2017 from 10am – 11am for set up. All cakes must be completely set
up by 11am. The ‘Daylesford Favourites’ will be selected by judges at 3.30pm in the Afternoon Tea Tent on Saturday 20th May
2017, and the winners will be announced at 4pm. A prize for first, second and third place will be awarded to each category.
Winners will be required to collect their prize on the day of the competition. Daylesford reserves the right to cancel or amend the
competition at any time without notice. The prizes are as stated and no cash or alternative prizes will be offered. All prizes are
subject to availability and Daylesford reserves the right to substitute prizes of an equivalent price should stock be unavailable.
All cakes must be collected from the Tea Tent between 5pm and 5.20pm on Saturday 20th May, Daylesford will be unable to
store the cakes beyond this time.
