Summer Camp offers fun-filled summer programs for

children ages 5-12.

Each week, campers jump into action, participating in exciting sports

programs, exploring nature, becoming involved in performing and

creative arts, playing a part in group activities, and attending special

events.

Our campers have the opportunity to expand their horizons during the

summer, embarking on new adventures, and having fun! Our

exceptional program and dedicated staff create an environment that

forges lifelong friendships among our campers. We create a summer

experience that is unforgettable!

It all starts with our outstanding camp counselors.

A camp is only as good as its staff, and we are extremely proud of ours.

Talent, creativity, love of children, leadership and devotion make our

camp counselors the heart and soul of the program. We take our camp

programs seriously and begin our summer with intensive staff training

and orientation. Summer camp counselors and specialists are doing

exactly what they enjoy most: spending a summer inspiring campers to

explore, reach for new heights, and expand their horizons.

Merryhill Summer Camp gives you choices.

Summer Camp includes five days of activities, from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm.

You can choose to add extended hours and specialty camps to your

menu of summer fun. We offer a range of indoor activities conducted in

our fully air conditioned facility and our on-site pool adds to the fun. Our

specialty camps are optional programs, operating during regular camp

hours, which provide even more choices for unique and exciting

adventures.

Week 1 Cowboy Times!

Saddle up for a week of cowboy fun!

We begin our time travel by visiting the Wild Wild West. This week we will mosey on over to The Farm. Every cowboy needs a horse and other animals too! This week we will visit The Farm. Tour the Farm and get to see & touch rescued animals up close & learn about them. Dates: Monday, June 11th - Friday, June 15th

Week 2 1930’s – Golden Age of Hollywood & Comics!

Comic book heros and glamour highlight this week!

Walk the red carpet as the leading men and glamorous starlets of the past. As the lights dim and the music swells, we are transported to the world of “Incredibles 2”. Campers will get to enjoy their chance at Hollywood glamour as they dress for the ball. Dates: Monday, June 18th - Friday, June 22nd

Week 3 Pirates !

Blimey! Lads and Lassies batten down the hatches!

Our journey back in time continues as we journey to explore the wonders of the sea at the “Shark Reef”. Shiver me timbers, this week will be full of treasure hunts, adventure, and bounty! Don’t miss it or you will walk the plank!

Week 5 The Middle Ages!

Castles & Dungeons! Knights & Ladies!

This week we journey back to the dark ages, where Kings and Queens ruled and legends spoke of vampires and werewolves. Our “Halloween in July” party, and field trip to the movies to see “Hotel Transylvania”, will be the highlights of this spooky week. Dates: Monday, July 9th - Friday, July 13th

Week 4 Stone Age Week!

With the discovery of fire came cooking!

Travel with us to the dawn of early man; the age of discovery and invention. Enjoy lots of fun , food, and games this week. A field trip favorite to Chuck E. Cheese for lunch and games. Dates: Monday, July 2nd - Friday, July 6th

Week 6 Prehistoric Times! Dinosaurs dominate!

Get ready for another fun filled week as we transport campers to Prehistoric times. Time travelers will enjoy a trip to the Natural History Museum, a great place to come face to face with the fierce beasts and explore and discover dinosaur bones and fossils.

Dates: Monday, July 16th- Friday July 20th

Tasty tidbits for Summer A well-prepared camper is a happy camper! Campers can pack their own tasty lunches , Monday through Thursday of each week. There will be NO hot lunches served. We will be offering our popular Pizza Fridays each Friday of camp! For just $5, your camper can get cheese pizza, fruit snacks, and a beverage, too! Also, don’t forget a water bottle for each day!

Week 7 Ancient Egypt! Time travel to ancient times !

Get ready for another fun filled week as campers zoom through time

on their way to Egypt and its mysteries. Did you know that the

earliest forms of bowling date back to ancient Egypt? This

week we will walk like an Egyptian to Red Rock Lanes for

some bowling fun.

Dates: Monday, July 23rd- Friday July 27th

Week 8 Travel to the Future!

A look to the future !

This is our last week on our campers’ journey through time.

Our journeys have taken us to many different countries and

many different lands. Our final week brings us back to the

future where we will enjoy a trip to Glow Zone

for some futuristic fun!

Dates: Monday, July 30th – Friday, August 3rd

Mini Camp Offerings

May 29 – June 1 August 6 - 10 June 4 – June 8

We will be offering mini-camp for those campers who need these weeks prior to and after our regular 8 weeks of camp. Space will be limited. Minimum of 10 campers required. Mini Camp daily rate is $65.00 per day or weekly camp of $255.00 per day.

The primary goal of free swim is safe fun in the sun! Weekly water play and free swim

allows our campers to stay cool but

still enjoy some fun in the sun.

Campers should pack water clothes,

a towel and sunscreen to be

prepared for water play.

Participants will be broken into

small groups based upon age, but

will also be able to enjoy whole

group “water wars.” All swimmers

are swim tested at their first free

swim experience.

Extended Care is from 7:00-9:00 am and from 3:00 to 6:00 pm There will be a $5.00 per minute charge for students remaining in Extended Care past 6:00 p.m.

A nonrefundable deposit of one week's camp fees is required at the time of enrollment to hold your reservation. The deposit will be applied to the campers' final week of camp. Weekly camp payment is due on or before the first day of the week by 9:00a.m . Please make ALL checks payable to Merryhill School.Camp tuition and fees are considered delinquent at 12:00 noon on the day following the due date. Late charges will be assessed If fees and any other outstanding charges are not paid within seven days of the date due (or within five banking days of notification to you, in the case of a returned check), attendance at camp will no longer be permitted until fees are paid in full for the past due amount and for the current period. Returned Checks: A service charge will be assessed for a check returned for any reason. In addition, a late charge will be assessed unless payment is received to cover the funds within three banking days of notification.
