How to register for camp!

Important Things to KnowGrade listed is the grade the camper will be entering in the fall. Graduating seniors (class of 2020) are eligible to attend any camp sessions open to 12th grade campers.

PaymentYou may register either online or by mail. No registrations may be accepted via phone or fax. A 50% deposit is required to register for camp. The remaining 50% is due no later than 7 days prior to check-in. Registrations are processed on a fi rst come, fi rst served basis. Camps do fi ll up, so register early to avoid a disappointed camper. Any declined or overdue payments are subject to a $25 fee.All registrations must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to check-in.

Church ScholarshipsMany churches choose to generously offer scholarships to campers from their church. Please check with your church to see if they participate in church scholarships. If you are receiving a scholarship from your church, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR CHURCH PRIOR TO REGISTERING to obtain your church’s scholarship code. You must include your church scholarship code with your registration, whether online or by mail. If you fail to provide the code with your initial registration, you will be billed for the full tuition amount. Codes CANNOT be applied later. Church scholarships do NOT apply towards 50% deposit. If your church is paying a portion of tuition, you MUST contact your church before registering online to receive a scholarship code. Otherwise you will be billed the full tuition amount. Codes CANNOT be applied later. For Mailed Registrations Complete and sign registration form. Enclose check, money order, credit card or debit information with required minimum 50% deposit. Campers will not be registered unless the minimum deposit is received.

Campers LOVE receiving mail while at camp! As we rely on rural mail carriers, we

cannot guarantee your mail will arrive on time, so please allow time for mail handling

services. You may also choose to drop your mail off directly at camp during check-in to

be delivered later in the session.

Cell phones at camp are VERY distracting. In an effort to provide the best experience for all campers, please leave cell phones at home.

Make sure to register at least 2weeks prior to your camp start date to aviod late fees.late fees will also apply for “walk on” guests. Registering early also makes sure you get a spot in your preferred camp.

and is located near Lakeville, OH just outside the Loudonville/Mohican area. Main Camp is where our lake is located,

and the majority of our summer sessions and others events are held

hosts camp sessions for grades 1-5. Camper housing is dormitory style, meaning your camper will usually stay with 10-14 other campers and at least two adult volunteers. All dorms are air conditioned, so there is no need to pack a fan! All

campers will have their own twin-sized bunk bed.

Don’t use the 114 State Route 3 address! This awesome facility has an address of its own! The Lodge Side is also located

at Round Lake’s Main Camp across the lake from Camp Side! This facility is a HUGE lodge that overlooks the lake and beautiful Ashland County scenery. Typically, Lodge Side

camp sessions are for grades 7-12.

Lodge Side housing is dormitory style as well, meaning your camper will usually stay in a dorm room with about 10-14

campers and at least two adult volunteers. Dorms are air conditioned.

Wilderness Camp is located about 40 miles south of Main Camp in Frazeysburg, OH. This facility includes primitive camping cabins as well as an enclosed shelter and kitchen with restrooms. Wilderness Camp is designed with our most adventurous campers in mind to provide them with a more rugged camping experience. Sessions hosted at Wilderness Camp are smaller than those at Main Camp. A session at Wilderness Camp typically has 30 or fewer campers whereas there may be over 100 campers at some Main Camp sessions. Wilderness Camp housing is in primitive camping cabins with bunk beds. There is no air conditioning. There are two fl ush toilets plus outhouses at Wilderness Camp. Campers can bathe in the river with swimming suits. There are no running showers at Wilderness Camp.

the opportunity to spend time at the lake and

participate in traditional camp activities as well!

Basketball Camp focuses on teaching the fundamentals about Jesus Christ and basketball! Learn under some of the top Christian college players and coaches in the

midwest. Your day will be packed with drills, team games and individual contests, as well as favorites like campfi re and evening worship. A large emphasis is placed on

teaching sportsmanship and character.

Each camper will receive a basketball and reversible jersey.

At Round Lake Paintball Camp, we take FUN to the next level! Our excellent volunteer staff is dedicated to providing campers with an exciting, safe, competative and friendly environment.

There is NO prior Paintball experience required to attend Paintball Camp. We even provide all the gear for you to play!

Campers will also experience traditional summer camp activities like swimming, worship, games, etc!

ADVENTURE CAMP

Pathfinder CAmps Returning in 2020!

Experience an adventure and open yourself up to what Jesus Christ has to offer in the beautiful woods of West Virginia! Explore a cave one mile deep in the earth and see God’s hidden creation!

This unique adventure camp hikes through wildlifefi lled forests, past someawesome waterfalls and gives you challenging cliffs to conquer. When you are done adventuring for the day, relax in cabin tentsat Seneca Rocks, sit around a campfi re and gaze up at the stars! This week fi lls upfast, so be sure to register early!

WARNING: THIS IS A HIGH IMPACT AND PHYSICAL WEEK OF CAMP! MORE INFORMATION WILL BE PROVIDED AT REGISTRATION

Campers experience a unique outdoor setting focusing on the beauty and importance of God’s creation. Hike the rolling trails, attend classes in the great outdoors, leap into the waterhole for a swim, learn how to rappel off a 38-foot cliff and enjoy worship with other friends at God’s throne in the midst of His creation. Does it get any better?

Enjoy a modern shelter furnished with kitchen equipment, eating area, fi replace and fl ush toilets. Camp out in the woods in a primitive camping cabins, and bathe in the Wakatomika River (with swim suits of course). Now that’s wilderness camping!

V.I.P Camp provides barrier free outdoor experiences

that promotes personal growth and foster

independence for children and adults with disabilities.

Campers are encouraged to try new experiences in

order to gain self-confidence, learn cooperation and communication and a

chance to increase personal independence in a safe and fun environment, providing

a real Christian camp experience for people with

special needs.

Campers have the opportunity to participate in swimming, wagon rides, arts and crafts, laser tag, boating, fishing, worship time, sports and games, a talent show and more!

Specific needs of each camper will be attended to by their “buddy.” (1-to-1 volunteer/camper ratio). Medical needs will be met by the onsite volunteer V.I.P. camp nurses.
