Club Social Celebration: Little Boppers Edition—Ages: 2.5-3 – Cost: $225

This 6-week group focuses on receptive/expressive language development, listening skills, turn taking, and friendship making through play, song, and

interactive games. Activities include circle time, sensory exploration, and crafts. Led by a team of Speech-Language Pathologists.

Club Social Celebration: Move and Groove—Ages 3-4 – Cost: $225

This 6-week group is focused on developing the social and physical skills preschoolers use to participate in play. This group will provide opportunities to

practice turn-taking, cooperative play, pretend play, gross and fine motor development, and social skills important for initiating and sustaining play in a

group. Activities will include group-based games, sensory exploration activities, free play, circle time and a group craft. If your child is demonstrates

limited verbal skills and sensory needs this group is for you. Designed and led by an Occupational Therapist and Speech-Language Pathologist. Thursdays 9:00-10:00am—Instructors: Yoli and Rebecca – Starts June 13, 2019

AGES 4-7

Story, Rhyme & Music Time- Ages 4-6– Cost: $225

A weekly 6-week class focusing on phonological awareness and vocabulary development. This group will intertwine rhyming games, stories, crafts and

music to target pre-reading skills while working on receptive/expressive language. This class will also have a strong social component. Taught by two

Speech-Language Pathologists.

Tuesdays 11:30-12:30pm—Instructors: Melissa and Lisa – Starts June 11, 2019

Scribe & Say! – Ages 4-6 – Cost: $225

This 6-week group will be focused on pre-writing skills mixed with sound-letter awareness. Both of these skills are foundational for preschool and

kindergarten students, making this an excellent group to get your child ready for school this fall. A gross-motor, fine-motor, and letter of the week activity

will be provided to help spark your child’s interest in letters and sound. Led by a Speech-Language Pathologist and an Occupational Therapist.

Wednesdays 11:15-12:15pm - Instructors: Yoli and Melissa – Starts June 12, 2019

Club Social Celebration: Good Sports Edition- **Two age groups** – Cost: $225

This 6-week group focuses on how to be a “good sport” while game playing. Students will learn how to take turns, identify and manage emotions, and

encourage others. Body awareness, proximity, and personal space will be incorporated into both active and “sit down” games. Taught and designed by

an Occupational Therapist and a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Garden and Grow – Ages 5-7 – Cost: $225

This 6-week group will spike your child’s interest in the outdoors, growing plants and the “green movement,” all while developing sensory and language

skills. We will be using all of our senses to explore planting, growing, recycling, and more. The class will have a strong social component. Led by a team

of Speech-Language Pathologists.

Club Social Celebration: Crafting Friendships –Ages 5-7 – Cost: $225

A crafty spin on one of our most popular groups! This 6-week group focuses on building friendships, fine motor skills, problem-solving,

sequencing/following directions, teamwork, collaborating, and social language skills through weekly crafts. Each week kids will work independently and

in a group to create a fun item to take home while making new friends. Led by an Occupational Therapist and Speech-Language Pathologist.

Social Detectives – Ages 7-9 – **Two Time Offerings** Cost: $225

Come join us for a 6-week group based on Michelle Garcia Winner’s Social Thinking curriculum. This evidence-based curriculum is used to teach

students social communication skills in order to improve their daily lives in school, home, and community. Each week, students will learn how to be

flexible thinkers in different situations, understand others’ perspectives, and to learn what is “expected” vs. “unexpected”. Students will have the

opportunity to become “social detectives” to understand social aspects of our world. Led by two Speech-Language Pathologists.

Cosmic Composers – Ages 7-9 – Cost: $225

Get your creativity soaring! Join us for a new language-based story composition class. Participants will begin by exploring story grammar elements

and blast through fun, specially designed activities to target verbal and written language expression. Students will engage in verbal storytelling and the

group will culminate by writing their own storybook. Designed and led by two Speech-Language Pathologists.

Wednesdays 11:15-12:15pm—Instructors: Joselyn and Emily – Starts June 12, 2019

Club Social Celebration: Lunching Edition –Ages 7-10 – Cost: $225

Join us for a 6-week social eating group. Pack your child’s lunch each week and instructors will help children build and develop the social pragmatic

skills needed during mealtimes. We will address appropriate/inappropriate social skills, practice conversational turn-taking, initiation, topic

maintenance and commenting. Participants will engage and interact with one another through games and structured conversations.

Thursdays 11:45-12:45pm—Instructors: Victoria and Emily – Starts June 13, 2019

Club Social Celebration: PLAY Edition –Ages 6-10 – Cost: $225

According to the American Journal of Play, length of time spent in daily play time has declined across America. Lack of play is leading to the rise of

anxiety, depression, and problems which impact emotional and physical development. Participants will explore activities that promote aerobic

exercise, muscle strengthening, and peer interaction through team building—all while having fun. OT goals will include: Proprioceptive (body

awareness), Vestibular (balance, movement), and Self-Regulation (anxiety, self-control, attention).

Club Social Celebration: Limited Verbal Edition –Ages 7-12 (ages flexible) – Cost: $225

Join us for a 6-week group specifically for children who have limited language skills or use AAC devices to communicate. This class will focus on

emergent social language skills, turn taking, and activity completion. Each child should bring their personal AAC device. Led by two SLPs.

Club Social Celebration: Classic Edition: II –Ages 11-14 – Cost: $225

Our most popular social skills group! This weekly 6-week group focuses on age-appropriate social skills, group collaboration and participation,

listening skills, question asking/answering, leadership, friendship building, and teamwork. This group will target higher-level executive function skills

and perspective taking. Led by a team of Speech-Language Pathologists.

Auditory Processers –Ages 10-12 (ages flexible) – Cost: $225

A 6-week class focusing on improving auditory processing skills. Does your child have difficulty processing what they hear? Is school challenging?

This could be because their ears and brains are having difficulty coordinating. Auditory processing difficulties cause interference with the way the

brain recognize and interpret sounds. We will intertwine games, stories, and fun to teach strategies for auditory memory, discrimination, and cohesion.

Tuesdays 1:30-2:30pm—Instructors: Alex and Trysta – Starts June 11, 2019

Club Social Celebration: Teamwork! Helping Children Work Effectively With Others in a Group –Ages 11-14 – Cost: $225

Does your child have difficulty with group projects? This 6-week group is designed to help children develop skills needed to work effectively with

others. We’ll identify strengths and areas of need in each student to help them work with peers. Is he/she a leader, listener, organizer, or initiator? Can

he/she be challenged to take on leadership roles and share ideas with a group, to accept others’ ideas, and “go with the flow?” Each week participants

will be expected to work together to complete a fun and engaging group project.

Club Social Celebration: #TeenLife –Ages 14-17– Cost: $250 *Locations will vary- Will meet at Starbucks, Panera, etc. Agenda to be sent**

You asked for it, so here it is! A group specifically for our teenagers. This 6-week group will meet out in the community to have relaxed and low-key

talks. From social media, to making friends, to navigating high school, your teen will meet peers, make friends, and discuss teen topics.

Club Social Celebration: Travel Edition - Ages: 8-12+– Cost: $360

Come make memories with us! This group will be going out into the community to develop meaningful friendships and purposeful social skills. Each week, the group will

meet at chosen destinations in Franklin and/or Delaware counties. Possible activities may include painting pottery, eating at a restaurant, and/or visiting a wildlife center.

Led by a team of Speech-Language Pathologists.
