Camp absence reminder: If your camper
is going to be absent from camp, please
call the office or send in bus mail either
that day or the night before to let us know.
Lost & Found reminder: Photos of items
from LakeView’s Lost & Found can be
found online. Please check our photo
gallery at lakeviewdaycamp.com (the
password is lakeview) to see photos of
any unlabeled Lost & Found items
(labeled items are returned to division
leaders to be given back to campers). If
you see a picture of your camper’s item
online, please send a note into the office
via bus mail and we will send it home!
We loved spending time with LakeView families at visiting this week! Check out the pictures online. We
hope you had a great time joining your campers for some family LakeView fun on Monday and
Wednesday.
Teen Trip Update
LakeView Teens and LVLPs spent 3 days this week enjoying Lake George! Next week they head to New York to see Spongebob on Broadway….

found at camp and brought back down to Farrington Lake!
What’s Cooking in Cooking?
Here’s the Recipe of the Week for CINNAMON CRISPS:
Ingredients: 10 flour tortillas Olive oil spray 1/3 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon • Preheat oven to 350. Combine cinnamon and sugar, and set aside. • Working with 3 tortillas at a time, spray both sides and sprinkle each with cinnamon sugar • Stack 3 tortillas, and using a pizza cutter, cut into 12 wedges. Place on baking sheet and
bake 8-11 minutes until crisp.
We served our Cinnamon Crisps with homemade fruit salsa!

Featured Divisions - 1st and 2nd Grade Boys
1st Grade Boys Division Leader Erin says her boys are enthusiastic, caring and fun-loving.
They’re having a great summer and especially love Go-Karts and Bungee Trampoline with their
counselors Kristin, Trini, Joe, Jamir, Tyler and AB.
Division Leader Josh’s 2nd Grade Boys are energetic and adventurous. They’re having a fun
summer in their Pirate-themed bunk, and enjoy spending their time at Outdoor Adventure,
Cooking and Archery and with their counselors Joey, Kevin, Keith, Joe, Jacob, Francis, Kenny
and Mike.
This week’s featured Internationals are Adam and John
Adam is back for a second summer at LakeView as a
Lifeguard/Swim Instructor! Adam, who is from Liverpool,
England, says he “fell in love” with LakeView last year. When
camp is over, he plans to spend some time in Florida with
other International staff !
John is from Dunedin, New Zealand, and is enjoying his first
summer at LakeView as a Pioneering Specialist. He studies
Geology during the year and wanted to work with kids and
experience America. After camp is over, John will travel in the
U.S. before he will be working as a ranch hand on a Canadian
farm where Huskies are raised for dog sledding!
