Summer 2018 Graduation Application (For Professional/Non-thesis Master’s Degree Students)
• Submit the completed form and $25 processing fee (or proof of payment) to the Graduate School on or before August 3, 2018.
• Your name will appear on the diploma as it currently is written in Campus Connection. If you wish to change your name, please complete the appropriate form at the Office of Registration and Records.
• Diplomas will be mailed to the Home Address currently listed in Campus Connection. Verify your information and update accordingly.
