plaques be unveiled at 11am on Sunday 3rd
August 2014 - the nearest Sunday to 4th August
which is the accepted start of WW1 as far as the UK was concerned.
The plaque and certificate are to be placed in Minting Village Hall and will be unveiled by
Mrs Mavis Miller and Mr Frank Speake who have family members on both the WW1 & WW2
Rolls of Honour which are in the parish church - St Andrew's.
