Ralph has been a “Big” Brother to “Little” Brother Felix for the last 3 1/2 years. A married father, employee at a local Long Island business and vol-unteer firefighter, Ralph always finds time to spend with Felix.

“I am really excited that I was given the opportunity to mentor such a great kid like Felix. Felix has been a great little brother and I am grateful for being introduced to him and his family,” says Ralph. Some of the ac-tivities Ralph and Felix like to do include, going to lunch, talking about family, friends, school and going to sporting events with tickets pro-vided through donations to BBBSLI.

“I look forward to seeing Felix continue to grow into a young adult. He is about to take his permit test to start driving in August and he also just passed the lifeguard test so he can find his first job.” Ralph chose to vol-unteer with BBBSLI thanks to a girlfiend at the time who decided to vol-unteer with her local chapter where she was going to college and recom-mended that Ralph do the same.

Ralph says, “I hope Felix continues to do well in school and continues to have a good head on his shoulders.”“Big” Brother Ralph and
