We look forward to seeing all of you on August 30 at St. George in Piscataway at 7:30 pm. Congratulations on 20th Anniversary Concert “The Spirit of Lent“ Concert celebrating our 20th Anniversary was outstanding. The choir sang beautifully. The wonderful acoustics of St. Demitrios Church in Perth Amboy certainly helped in getting a good recording of the event thanks to Miriam Kotsonis. We were very happy that we could send $500 to help Haiti through the International Orthodox Christian Charities. Youth Singers Christmas Workshop Our first Youth Singers Work- shop was held last October at Holy Trinity in Westfield. Marina Alexan- der was the clinician and the chil- dren enjoyed it very much. It will be hosted at St. George in Clifton and will feature vocal techniques for youth using all Christmas music. We will encourage the participants to join our youth at the Christmas con- cert in Wyckoff. Please pass this information on to any youth that you know. They do not have to be in a choir. Included in this issue is the registration form and permission slip. All New Jersey parishes will receive these forms in September. 2010 Annual Conference The 2010 conference will be held at Ss.
