inputting data for the reviews (step 4) at the beginning and
end of the work experience

Logging In
• Summer Program staff will set up an account for you using your email address
• You will get a password emailed to you
• Once your password is emailed, you can log in to complete your reviews

• Foundation Skills• Workplace/Career Specific Skills• Goals/Comments
Reviews are to be done at the beginning and end of the program
Employers can skip to step 4 once the work plan has been
opened
How to Conduct Your Review
• Reviews should be shared with the participant
• Comments should be positive and encouraging
• Comments should match skill level
• First review is based on participants skills upon start of program
• Second review is used to show the growth and development of each participant’s skills
Review Dates
Reviews need to be completed as follows:
Review 1- Within the first week of receiving your password
Review 2- The week before the final week of the program
