Summary The successful candidate will play a

leading role in the development and

management of client relationships

in the business and finance practice.

Services provided include financial

modeling; capital planning and funding

(including AIP grant, BCAs, and PFC

applications); bond feasibility services;

airport rates and charges; use and lease

agreement negotiations; public-private

partnerships (P3s) and asset valuation;

economic analysis and forecasting;

organization and management studies;

and business advisory and management

strategy services.

Position Responsibilities

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise

with members of LeighFisher’s management consulting

team. Clients in North America will be the primary focus

for the individual selected; however, individuals with

interest in expanding our international aviation consulting

business will also be considered.

Additional responsibilities include:

� Develop and expand client relationships by delivering

excellent value, consistent and dependable service, and

high-quality consulting

� Monitor and manage business development

opportunities, structure and draft proposals, including

written materials, pricing, and presentations

� Provide innovative technical leadership on complex

projects

� Support LeighFisher initiatives (e.g., succession

planning, industry thought pieces/publications)

Desired Qualifications

We are seeking self-motivated individuals with:

� An excellent academic record with an undergraduate or

postgraduate degree in one of the following or a related

field is required: accounting; aviation; banking; business;

economics; finance; engineering; mathematics, actuarial,

operations research, or statistics; public policy; urban

planning/studies; or real estate development. An MBA,

CFA, CPA, or JD is desired.

� 10+ years of experience in the fields of airport,

airline, public, or transportation finance, preferably

in consulting/client-facing positions or airport

management, and with a demonstrated history of

progressive accomplishment.

� Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability

to read, interpret, and draft complex legal or regulatory

documents; able to present results of complex analyses

in an understandable format.

� An ability to direct consultants on the development

of financial models to provide sound analytical advice;

demonstrated experience using Excel, Word, and

PowerPoint is also required.

� Superb analytical, qualitative, and strategic thinking and

decision-making capabilities.

� An ability to collaborate in a geographically diverse

team-oriented environment, as well as high

resourcefulness and self-direction.

Location Opportunities are available in Burlingame, California (San

Francisco Bay Area) and Cincinnati, Ohio offices. Other locations

may be considered depending on a candidate’s credentials.
