Fee Instructions

1. School fee is payable quarterly in advance by the 20th April, July, October and

January.

2. Fee can be paid preferably through ERP/Draft/Cheque/ Bankers Cheque only in

school on all working days between 1st and 20th of the due months. If paid by

cheque, please ensure that it is not dishonoured. (Cheque bounce charge of Rs.

500/- will be applicable.)

3. The Cheque should be drawn in the name of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Vidyashram,

Jaipur. The name of the ward, class, section, scholar number, and the mobile

number must be written at the back of the Draft/Bankers Cheque/ Cheque. The

same can be dropped in the drop box at the school reception. Cash will not be

accepted.

4. Fee can be deposited up to 20th of the due month. Between 21st and end of the

month, a late fee of Rupees 100/- per day will be charged.

5. If the child’s name is struck off due to non payment of School Fees or due to any

other reason, readmission would be the sole discretion of the School and admission

fee would be levied as per the rules.

6. One month written notice is necessary if a child has to be withdrawn.

7. Fee paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

8. Transport charges are to be deposited along with the fee. Students are not allowed

to opt out of the transport arranged by the School.

9. Rules for Boarding House Students: Boarder’s fee has to be paid through

ERP/Cheque/ Draft in the name of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Hostel, Jaipur by the 20th

of April, July, October and January.

10. In case Fee Certificate is required Rs. 100/- will be charged.

WITHDRAWAL

1. Notice for withdrawing a pupil from the school should be given in writing by the

Parents/ Guardians, under whose signature admission was granted. The written

application should reach the Principal’s office at least one month in advance.

2. If a student is to be withdrawn from the school at the end of the academic session,

intimation to this effect should be given in writing within seven days from the

declaration of the result of the Annual Examination. Such students should not attend

any class in the next session. In case no intimation is received by the school

regarding the intention of withdrawal or the student attends any class in the next

session the fee will be charged as per school policy.

3. If a pupil is withdrawn from the school during the course of an academic year, the

installment of fee paid for the specific period during which the withdrawal application

is made, will not be refunded.

4. The school may ask a Parent/ Guardian to withdraw his/ her ward (i) for submitting

false information to the school for seeking admission, (ii) for academic reasons, or

(iii) on disciplinary grounds. The decision of the school in such matters shall be final.

No claim of refund will be entertained in such cases.

5. The school may ask the Parent/ Guardian to withdraw his/ her ward, if the parent

misbehaves with any member of the school staff.

6. Transfer Certificate on withdrawal or on completion of the course is issued only after

the pupil submits the No Dues Certificate from the librarian and the class teacher

after clearing all school dues.

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR STUDENTS Offline Classes

Students must carry their Scholar's Diary to school everyday.

Students must arrive on time, late arrivals will not be permitted to attend the school.

Students must be neatly dressed and should wear the I-card compulsorily in the school.

No student will be allowed inside the school building if he/she is not in school uniform.

Boys are not allowed to keep long hair, and girls should plait their hair, short hair should be neatly cut and pinned. Use of highlighter or colour on hair will not be allowed.

Students are expected to respect the property of the school. No student shall damage any school furniture, write or draw anything on walls or furniture. Any damage done even by accident must be reported at once.

The students should not bring any valuable articles like mobile phones, expensive watches, jewellery, cameras, i-pods and digital items to the school. If any student is found in possession of any of these then they will be confiscated and disciplinary action will be taken.

The students shall converse only in English while in the school premises.

The students shall regard the school as their second home and do everything possible to keep the classroom and school premises clean.

The students shall be ready to cooperate in all endeavours to promote the well being of the school and school mates.

The student shall avoid vulgarity in talk and behaviour no matter what the provocation.

Students are not permitted to bring any play material from home.

Students should not collect, borrow or lend any money among themselves without the supervision of teachers. Students are not allowed to bring Money, Crackers, Birthday Cakes and Holi Colours in the School. Bursting of crackers, playing with colours and celebration of Birthday may lead to disciplinary action.

Online Classes

To ensure a fruitful teaching learning environment the following code of conduct is expected from the students while the online classes are going on.

The student must mark the daily attendance in the Google classroom by 8:45 a.m.

Ensure that the mike's are switched off when the teacher is teaching. The students must attend the online class with all the required stationery.

In case a student has a query, the student can ask the teacher and enquire through the chat box or un-mute the mike, place the query and then mute again.

Private chats are strictly prohibited. In case of any in disciplinary issue the child would be removed from the class and would be admitted only after an Apology letter is sent on the school mail id.

Internet or any other technical issue, if any, during the class would be intimated on the class Broadcast group.

Refrain from logging in using different devices or names simultaneously.

The link should not be shared with the student of different sections.

The study material would be sent on Google classroom.

The class WhatsApp group would entirely be a Broadcast group.

The parents may contact the subject teacher or class teacher for queries on SECOND SATURDAY ONLY BETWEEN 9 -11 a.m.

IN CASE OF MISCONDUCT

1. The school reserves the right to take strict disciplinary action against a student

whose conduct is harmful to other students, teachers or school property.

2. No student shall indulge in any of the following practices:-

Spitting in or near the school building.

Rowdyism or bullying of any kind.

Use of Violence in any form.

Missing classes or assembly or periodic test without a genuine reason.

Cheating during a Test or an Exam.

Misbehaviour in bus or in school premises.

Coming to school in a self driven vehicle without a license and a two wheeler

without a helmet.

DISCIPLINARY ACTION

As a part of the disciplinary action, the school can issue the following cards-

1. Yellow Card

The card is issued for breach of any rule mentioned under the rules of

conduct.

This card is issued to a student for unsatisfactory conduct on the

recommendation of any school faculty.

Two yellow cards imply a final warning and would lead to a Red Card.

2. Red Card

This is a final warning to the student for repeated misconduct.

Any further misconduct would lead to immediate expulsion from the

School/Boarding House.

This card can also be issued directly in case of extreme misconduct. The decision

of the Principal shall be final and binding.

RULES REGARDING PERIODIC TESTS

The Periodic Tests can be online/offline.

Time table will be shared on ERPApp.

The Periodic Tests are compulsory for all the classes.

The students are not allowed to remain absent during the test on any ground

other than being medically unfit or any other genuine reason.

Any absence from the test has to be brought to the notice of the school through an

application. Absence from any Periodic Test will be viewed seriously.

Promotion policy will be in sync with the CBSE policy.

LIBRARY RULES

Students must return the books borrowed from the Library on time.

Students are fully responsible for the books that he/she borrows from the library.

If a book is lost or damaged, the student is expected to replace the book.

Students must place the books properly on the racks and cupboards after using

them, and must not leave them on the tables.

Failure to return the books on due date would lead to a penalty of Rs. 5/- per day.

Before commencement of the examination, the student has to return the book at

least one week prior to the exam, otherwise 'No Dues Certificate' will not be

issued, which is imperative for appearing in the Examinations.

HOUSE SYSTEM

The school has a House System for inculcating the spirit of healthy competition

among the students. Students are divided into four Houses- Aravali, Nilgiri,

Shivalik, Vindhyachal.
