Summary of revisions:Prescription is valid for 7 days unless ceased earlier. Prescription page reformatted to reflect the National Inpatient Medication chart and incorporates a 4th revised prescription.Prompt for concentration on the first row of the prescription.Infusion start rate and infusion range displayed on one row.The Yellow Zone clinical care instructions for dysphoric adverse effects present has been removed. Dysphoric adverse effects are not considered signs of a deteriorating patient.Observation pages: prompt for cumulative dose has been included.
