Diamond Drill Program Summary
Introduction
This summary report has been prepared for the purpose of submitting diamond drill work for assessment work credit on the Stenlund Resources Ltd. Peekongay property located in the Heron Bay area of Ontario. Stenlund Resources Ltd. conducted an 8 hole diamond drill program for a total of 998 feet from July 10 to September 30, 1995.
Location
The Peekongay Property is located in Pic Township, approximately 330 kilometres east of Thunder Bay, ON on the north shore of Lake Superior, as shown in Figure l. NTS reference for the area is 42D/9, while the claims are found on claim sheet G-630, Pic Township, a portion of which is shown in Figure 2. The town of Marathon lies 10 kilometre to the northwest, and the Hemlo gold mines lie 35 kilometres due east. The town of Heron Bay is situated in the central part of the property at the intersection of Highway 627 and the CPR mainline railway. This corresponds to 48"40* north Latidude, and 860 17' west Longitude.
