Air-One reciprocating piston compressors are rugged and slow running to ensure longer life and low service bills.

With deluxe electronic control, the CSE is refined for energy efficiency, quiet operation and durability. The CSE delivers up to 305 cfm at 7.5 bar with Class H insulation provided from 45 kW. Also rated to 50°C ambients the CSE range is ideal for continuous operation in difficult environments.

For variable air demand in difficult environments — the mechanical simplicity of Variable Output Control (VOC) gives you the turn-down and responsiveness you need.

Our wide range of VOC compressors deliver up to 1544 cfm. The variable output spiral valve mechanically adjusts vents in the floor of the air-end providing reliable turn down as you need it.

The best of both worlds — Champion brand VOC/VSD compressors combine the energy efficiency and responsiveness of the VSD with the added turndown of the mechanical VOC spiral valve.

The result is near constant pressure and improved energy efficiency regardless of demand to an amazing 15% turndown of full load capacity and a further 26% reduction in power consumption.

1 SIMPLE SEQUENCING

Simple sequencing allows for timer rotation for up to 8 compressors including priority grouping, manual rotate function and effective use of modulation capabilities (where fitted). Communications between each compressor is via serial data communications using RS485 on a twisted pair shielded cable (supplied separately).

This option is not suitable for use with VSD compressors. VSD sequencing requires Metacenter option.

2 DELUXE MONITORINGThe full monitoring panel includes all that is in the Deluxe Monitoring Panel as well as oil and air differential pressure switches. Full monitoring option includes Hard Wired Push Buttons option.

3 MODULATING CONTROL

Inlet valve control system is modified, to open and close the inlet valve in response to small changes in package discharge pressure. This results in the compressor delivering more constant system pressure, avoiding on/off load peaks and troughs. This reduces wear and tear on the compressor from on/off load cycles.

4 DIRTY ENVIRONMENT PACK This option is used when the compressor is to operate in dirty or dusty conditions.

CSF 15-30, CSE 30-50, VOC 55-185Includes specially constructed inlet panels, and galvanized filter frames with aluminium mesh prefilter mats.

5 WEATHERPROOF

This option allows for the compressor to be operated in an outside location.

Note 1) Does not make the compressor watertight, but protects from ingress and allows drainage. The electrical cabinet is fitted with IP66 Electrical Enclosure option.

Note 2) 'Weatherproof Option' does not make compressor suitable for installation in a 'Corrosive Environment'• All internal painting is done in urethane• All lagging in doors and panels is cut 10mm short of bottom• Weatherproof hood• Latches on electrical control door are fitted with O-rings and rubber seals

6 CORROSIVE ENVIRONMENTAll panels (excluding galvanised panels) are coated in a two-pack polyurethane finish for suitability in corrosive/marine environments. This option also includes full weatherproofing as provided in the "Weatherproof Option."

7 CUBICAL HEATERS VSD units only in humid conditions.

8 IP66 - ELECTRICAL ENCLOSURE Electrical enclosure meets IP66 – extra seals, gaskets, nylon washers, IP66 emergency stop button.

9 REMOTE START/STOP A remote stop/start option is provided to the remote run input to control stop and start of the compressor.

10 HARD WIRED PUSH BUTTONS

The controller is upgraded to include an expansion module. Green start and red stop buttons are wired into the expansion module, providing heavy duty start and stop buttons and a manual override switch. The pressure schedule override switch allows for a lead/lag switch function. This option is included in “Full Monitoring” and cannot be ordered in conjunction.

11 HIGH SPEED FUSES Supplied loose for others to install. Additional protection for VSD units only.

12 GENERIC MINESITE ELECTRICS

The compressors are fitted with interlockable mains isolating load break switch, which is fitted with an IP65 handle. ELV electrics are standard. All internal fault devices are set to auto-reset, as the electronic controller will hold the fault and also log the last 15 fault or alarm events. The compressor cannot be re-started until the fault is cleared on the controller by the use of the integrated reset button. In CSF/CSE a phase failure relay is also fitted. ELV for external control voltages is standard.

13 AS1271 SAFETY VALVE Certified safety valve to Australian Standard AS1271. Comes with certification documentation.

14 FOOD GRADE OILFactory fill of Sullube is replaced with the equivalent fill of Sullair Food Grade Lubricant CP-4600. Note) This alters your service intervals, discuss with your Sullair representativeIt has a non-toxic formulation which allows use in food packaging and processing applications.

15 PHASE FAILURE Protects machine from starting against incorrect phase rotation.

16 10 bar WORKING PRESSURE Changes drive system to 10 bar.

17 13 bar WORKING PRESSURE Changes drive system to 13 bar.

18 300L & 500L PRESSURE VESSEL CS units only.

19 RECEIVERS A wide range of receivers and ancillaries is available from 55 to 25,252 litres.

20 DRYER AND FILTER OPTIONS
