Role & Responsibilitie in Quad Life Sciences .
Setup the Organizational Structure by creating storage location,
purchase organizations andassigning them to the company code and
the plant.
Worked on customization settings for PP Master Data namely BOM
,Super Bill of Materials/BOM & Master Receipe/ Routings and
work centers.
Demand Management plant parameters for MRP such as MRP groups,
MRP controllers, MRPtypes, planning calendar, planning horizon and
lot-sizing procedures .Configured
make-to-stock and make-to-order strategies.
Extensively involved with MRP: Total and single item planning,
BOM status and explosion,Net change planning, lot sizing, planning
runs, scheduling and MPS.
Conversion of planned order to Process order using Stock/
Requirement list, purchaserequisition to Purchase order for Raw
material procurement. Transaction data: Create process &
production order, order release, Goods issue and receipt
through MIGO, Confirmation and settlement of the process and
production order.
Configured and executed the Shop Floor activities including
creation of orders,conversion of planned orders, order release,
availability check, shop floorpapers, and order confirmations,
order information systems.

Production Executive
Preparation of monthly production plan & schedule it on
weekly & daily basis. To get maximum yield at various stages of
Production. Coordinate & monitor the movements & parts,
supplies & material within an establishment and
ensure that supplies, material & products are shipped and
receive on time.
Consult & coordinate with production department to schedule
production runs in a cost &time efficient manner.
Proper & Efficient utilization of Men , Materials &
Machines. To carry out the preventive maintenance to avoid any
unplanned Deviation. To plan the entire production process
including the timings of seeding, inoculation, harvesting
pasteurization, inoculums preparation.
