This is Ravi kant from sriganganagar at Rajasthan, want to explain a suggestion for PSK Kendra about its schedule time system.

Suppose I applicant who lives 400 or 300 KM far from PKS Kendra but as he submit his application and make an schedule he get the same date and time which is not suitable for his residence duration

Finally means to say if a person applies for passport tatkal/normal appointment time and date should be 1 to 2 days later so that he can approach the PSK Kendra easily as per his distance.
