These designs were created by Nancy Brown of Nancyfangles “Whimsical Creations.” She is an award-winning centerpiece designer who has been transforming balloons into works of art since 1983. You can see more of her creations at www.nancyfangles.com.

Materials:1 4 x 3 x 3-inch mini gift box1 green mini Mylar star balloon2 green mini Mylar star bows1 cup-n-stickPurple Mylar curling ribbonPurple Mylar poufWire garlandMylar confettiGlueAssorted toys and/or candy
Instructions:• Fill box with toys/and or candy.• Embellish box with ribbon and bows.• Air infl ate Mylar star balloon and attach to cup-n-stick.• Wrap wire garland around cup-n-stick.• Cut stick to two inches in length.• Glue stick into center of Mylar pouf.• Glue pouf into top of box.• Bend garland to desired position.• Glue confetti onto box to fi nish.
Add a sparkle to any celebration, with this shining star sensation.

Materials:1 plastic ice cream cup with spoon1 5” latex balloon, pearl pink1 red 160q balloon Pieces of assorted color 160 balloons (sprinkles) Metal washer or fi shing weight Assorted wrapped candies HI-FLOAT Glue dots Hot glue
Instructions:• Hot glue spoon to front of ice cream cup. • Place candy inside cup, leaving room for balloon. • Cut up asst. color 160 balloons into small pieces. • Air infl ate fi ve-inch balloon to size (approx. four inches) • Tie washer onto neck of balloon. • Cover outside of balloon with HI-FLOAT. • Sprinkle 160 pieces onto balloon to resemble “sprinkles.”• Leave open space on top for cherry. • Set balloon onto cup and allow drying.

• Infl ate red 160 to approx. one inch. • Remove remainder of balloon and tie ends together to form
cherry. • Glue dot cherry to top of dry balloon to fi nish. For candy treat, lift up balloon and enjoy!
Warning: CHOKING HAZARD—Children under 8 years can choke or suffocate on uninfl ated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required.
