The announcement came during a meeting between U.S. Trade Secretary, Wilbur Ross, and Mexican Economy Minister, Ildefonso Guajardo. The deal will allow Mexico to continue exporting sugar to the U.S. at the same volume as before, Guajardo said. Mexican flavors in Germany Berlin — "Chile and Chocolate: The taste of Mexico," is the name of an exhibition in the Berlin Botanical Museum that shows Mexico's variety of plant life. The exhibition, part of the Mexico-Germany Dual Year, includes conferences, workshops and Mexican food tastings. Looking southwards Guatemala Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto visited Guatemala to strengthen bilateral ties in trade, investment, migration and cooperation. During his visit, Peña Nieto met with Guatemalan President Jimmy Morales, as well as judicial and legislative officers. The archeologists also discovered a ball game court where, according to historical documents, Moctezuma, the ruler of Tenochtitlán, played when the Spanish arrived in 1519.

Sugar deal with U.S.Washington — Mexico and the U.S. have reached a deal to end a bilateral sugar trade dispute.
