Birth weight 2.4 kg

• Incidental findings of cardiomegaly

• Metabolic / genetic work-up negative

• Medical treatment : diuretics, enalapril, carvedilol, digoxin

• NT-proBNP – 13700 pg/ml

• Readmit because of heart failure exacerbation and failure to thrive
