Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles manages thousands of transactions of 22 different types of debit notes which had to be approved, signed and printed manually. It has thousands of stores in India and manages countless documents and forms that need to be authorized from time to time. The process includes printing the documents using multiple T-codes in SAP, along with manual signature, scanning and emailing of documents.
