Phase 1 Assessment: We invite your team to take our tailor-made, research based onlineAssessment(s) relating to the area in need of optimization. This will determine a baseline of currentskill-sets and mindset as well as development needs. Additionally, we will Assess & survey themanagement to identify the results they wish to attain from any development program.
