Consultant visits the employer & collects the current total staff requirement into details.

To decide the advertise matter into details.

To collect the candidate’s resumes by walk in interview & by mail / email.

The preliminary interview will be conducted by the consultant & collect the entire essential details from candidates & given remarks accordingly.

The candidates who match with the requirement in the preliminary interview will be called for the direct interview with the employer. So employer will take interview of short listed candidates only.

However resumes of the all candidates will be used for his reference.

Employer saves his most precious time, energy, human resources & money. Consultant will coordinate with the employer & candidates in each & every steps & as per requirements.

Consultants confirm the details of the candidates & give the required details of the job to the short listed candidates only & the candidates, who are interested for the job, will be forwarded for the direct interview with the employer.

Consultants discuss the preliminary expected salary range with the candidates. (As per direction given by the employer).

Employer will take the interview of short listed candidates only & the other candidates 'resume may be used for the other staff requirement.
