PMP Program Overview
• PMP Certification Course is a Four days Training Program which comprises of Lecture, Class exercise, Case studies, Team Exercise and Practical experiences and expertise for Project Management and Team handling.
• First day will cover introduction and concepts in Project Management, Project Life cycle, Process groups and Knowledge areas, Second and Third day will cover all the Chapters and Knowledge areas in detail, Fourth day will cover Exam Tips and Mock tests.
• Extensive Post-Training support will be provided
