EYP has transitioned to an evaluation system that is integrated onto the EYP Alumni Platform It is now easier than ever to submit evaluations as well as to check existing evaluations and recommendations

This overview serves as a quick explanation on how to use the evaluation system For further questions or in case of doubt please contact the HR Officer at hreyporg

Submitting evaluations amp recommendations

OVERVIEW

Step 0 Registration on the Alumni Platform

To be able to receive and submit evaluations you must be registered on the eventrsquos page in the role you had during the session

Before the session takes place please make sure you register for the event and that all your team mem-bers who can receive recommendations are also registered

You can register for an event by selecting the right event on the EYP Alumni Platform selecting ldquoSign uprdquo and by entering your role and personal data You have to approve your registration by selecting ldquoComplete registrationrdquo Most sessions also have a code of conduct that you need to approve

To check your evaluations

Evaluations submitted after summer 2014 appear on your profile page on the Alumni Platform as soon as they are submitted

We are working to ensure older evaluations will be uploaded on the Platform as well To inquire about the latter please get in touch by email with our HR Officer at hreyporg

To submit evaluationsStep 1 Go to the eventrsquos page on the Alumni Platform

Step 2 On the upper right corner you will see a button called lsquoEvaluate participantsrsquo

Clicking on it will take you to a list of participants you can submit evaluations for Note that this list depends on whether people have registered for the event or not

Step 3 Click on the lsquoPlease evaluatersquo option next to the name of the person you wish to submit an evaluation for ndash this will lead you to the online survey

We advise you to work on an offline (word) version of the document and once you have written all texts only copy and paste the content into the online form

Step 4 After you have filled in the online form click the lsquoSaversquo button at the bottom of the page

Step 5 Make a PDF-document out of the offline form and send it to the person you have just evaluated
