Submitting a Radiograph using EFilm  

 

 

1.  Double click the Remedy View icon on your desktop or navigate on your browser to 

www.intownonline.com 

2. Enter your username and password – your username will remain the same.  Your initial 

password in the new system is: pass.  This can be changed in your profile settings if you desire. 

3. Click sign in

After signing in you will see your study list

In Efilm open the study you would like to submit 

 

 

 

1. If necessary, upload images to InTown Online.  For customers that have their images auto‐

routed to us, this is not necessary. 

2. At the top of the screen click the icon for “create report” 

3. The report entry form will open

After completing the form: 

1.  Click “save” if you have not completed the information and want to save as a draft 

2. When finished click “post to radiologist”

1. Use the dropdown to choose a specific radiologist, if applicable.  If no one specific is 

selected the study will be read by the first available radiologist. 

2. Click STAT for STAT read requests.

You will then see you study list updated with the new patient information. 

The radiologist will read the study and you will receive an email notification that the study is completed 

and your study list will u pdate.

To view the report: 

1.  Click the study in your study list 

2. Click the black box at the end of the line 

3. Choose “view report” 

4. Your report will appear in a new window

Your report can also be viewed through Efilm.

The report will open in a new window.

To view the report in efilm: 

1.  In efilm, pull up the images you would like to read 

2. Click the View Report Icon in the tool bar 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

To view the report in Remedy View” 

1.  Click the study in your study list 

2. Click the black box at the end of the line 

3. Choose “View Reprot” 

4. Your report will open in a new window.

The report will also be emailed to the notification address stored in your user profile.  You will receive a 

link the report, as below.
