How to replace a manuscript (Latest Info)

• In the ICICE Manuscript Management System, a submitted manuscript can not be replaced.

• If you would like to replace a manuscript, please send an e-mail to TPC Co-chairs.

• Replacement procedure:

1. Authors send the following information to TPC Co-chairs by E-mail.・ Temporary ID, Manuscript title, Authors’ information

2. TPC Co-chairs withdraw your submitted manuscript, and then TPC Co-chairs sends an E-mail to the authors.

3. The authors submit a modified manuscript as a new submission.

• The above procedure may take a long time. If the submission deadline is approaching, you can send an E-mail to TCP Co-chairs after submitting a new manuscript. Please don't forget to send an E-mail.

Submission Information • Only electronic submissions (PDF) will be accepted.• For poster presentation, authors can submit 1 page papers.• For oral presentation, authors can submit 2-4 pages papers.• Corresponding authors of accepted papers will be requested to

submit a 2-4 pages (for oral) or a 1 page (for poster) final paper for the conference proceedings.

• Papers submitted for oral presentation may be accepted for poster presentation because of space limitations for oral presentations.

• Poster session was changed into Short Presentation Session because it is not convenient in a virtual conference. However, as described in the following instruction, you can use "Poster" instead of "Short Presentation".

• All final papers will be published in IEICE Proceeding Series.• IEICE membership is not required for oral and poster

presentations.
