Data Center and Cloud Community
Who we are:
• Soft opening was Q2FY13.• Hard opening will be
Q3FY13.• Goal is to enhance the DCC
customer experience.• Acting as a resource and
advisor to make sure customers get the most out of their DCC ownership.
What were about:
• DCC technical discussions and questions. (not tech support!!!!)
• Sharing trends and articles with the DCC crowd.
• Acting as a portal to available resources
• Collecting feedback and distributing it undiluted to the correct parties.
Subject Matter Expert Engagement
• Get involved in discussions. Answer questions, bring up related points, share information and information sources.
• Start discussions. What kind of info do you want/need from customers/users • Write Blog articles. Focus on in depth, instructional, how to/Not to use categories. • Share documents. Best Practices Charts, Upgrade Summaries, New release
diagrams.• Create a poll to gather information. • Share or Create Videos DCC customers would find valuable (not marketing related,
does not have to be Cisco)• Email the Community Manager to put out an Alert for an upcoming event.• Share DCCC and what its about with anyone and everyone that can benefit from it.
(Blogs, twitter, email, in person, etc.)• Collect Feedback from customers about DCCC and deliver to community mgr.• Have fun with the community!!! Participate in polls, Build relationships with
customers, enjoy your stay and post often.
