Sub: - Request for purchase of steel

the above work is being executed by us by deploying project as per requirement. Regarding old civil foundation out of 51 foundations, 48 foundations have been completed .various works like ECR, Furnace area, granulation pit, retaining wall, and chimney and bag house to be taken up priority. ECR is G-4 storage building and which involve lot of time, manpower and money. This work is executed by M/S VIJAY.R. Ghate. He has submitted a request letter for purchase of steel. As per the past experience this work was delayed two times due to steel and about 18 days wasted for purchase of steel. This building requires a norms time and any delay in ECR shall pour us in further trouble and other work can be completed in time expect ECR, to cop up the demand of time and full the need of site it is favorable to purchase the steel for early & timely completion of ECR, the cost estimation for purchase of steel is as under.

240 MT @ 50,000/- per MT = 120 lakhs
