READ EVERYTHING IN THE LESSON!!

Study your notes, review your notes, study again

Review the “NOTES” tab.

o Read over all the objectives listed and make

sure you can “define”, “determine”, “identify”

the definitions, characteristics, etc. If not –

you’re NOT ready for the exam and you need to

put it in your notes.

Review the “TASK” tab.

o DO NOT skip over any information – read

EVERYTHING!! Click on ALL links and take a

screen shot to add to your notes.

Click on the “REVIEW” tab.

o Read each question and formulate your own

answer. Then click on the link to view the

answer. Make notes on all the questions you get

wrong.

Don’t forget the Scenario.

o The Scenario not only helps you gain an

understanding of how employees work together

cooperatively to brainstorm ideas but also

contains valuable information which may not be

contained anywhere else in the course. Make

sure you view ALL emails and text messages.

Some of the messages may contain information

that will be tested. Please don’t just click

through the Scenario without reading it and

taking screen shots and notes of important

information.
