Study Orientation Coursein Hamburg and Berlin for young
people7th January -25th January 2019
1st July – 19st July 201912th August – 30st August 2019
The course is made for current or already graduated high school students who are interested in studying in Germany. It doesn`t matter
if you want to study in English or in German, we will show you how to apply , where you can study and of course we will teach you
German. We offer German courses for all levels. For those who want to study in English, we teach you some basics on the educational
particularities of the German market. For students who already know German, we will focus on the telc exam and/or focus on the
German you will need at German universities. We will visit several universities, meet German students, show you some dormitories,
libraries and of course we will do some sightseeing. We will guide you through the necessary administrative steps such as registering
with the various authorities, arranging your insurance, and applying and enrolling at your chosen university. Additionally, we offer a
range of intercultural seminars and courses to get you ready for everyday life in Germany as well as the German learning culture. You
will learn about the terminology used in your courses and how to understand academic texts in the field in which you plan to study.
Studying in Germany is certainly different from what you are used to even when you choose to study an English programme. The first
and second weeks of the course will take place in Hamburg. We will also go to Kiel, Lübeck, Lüneburg and Bremen. The last week we
will be spent in Berlin and whilst there we will also visit Potsdam and Leipzig. Studying in Germany has many advantages that you will
learn about. This will enable you to build your educational career on solid information and first hand experience.
