Quality Measures 品質保障機制

Delivering quality education over many decades is the result of

a rigorous system of quality control and government accreditation.

ESOS

The Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS Act) sets out the legal framework governing delivery of education to international students in Australia on a student visa.

The ESOS framework sets out the standards that Australian education providers must meet in offering education and training services to international students. ESOS and the National Code also outlines the responsibility of providers in managing their education agent network.

CRICOS

Providers must register on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS) to teach overseas students on student visas in Australia.

TPS

The Tuition Protection Service (TPS) ensures international students whose education providers are unable to fully deliver their course can complete their studies in another course or with another education provider or receive a refund.
