Diversity doesn’t stop at our doors. COVID-19safety is a top priority

While the world has changed, the need to tell meaningful stories hasn’t.

Our production team will check with crew members before shoot days to ask if any members are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. Crew members will also be required to get tested before the shoot day. In addition, we will check temperatures upon arrival to set. Anyone with a fever, experiencing symptoms, or anyone who has not received COVID-19 test results, will not be allowed on set. Producers will follow up with crew members two weeks after the project wrap to monitor risk.

Dugud asks crew members to wear masks, gloves (as appropriate), wash hands regularly and practice social distancing (when possible) on set. We will also be sanitizing materials in a UVC box throughout the day. Any meals on set will be individually wrapped to limit the exposure buffet style might bring. In addition, we will monitor and implement behavioral shifts on set as advised by the Center for Disease Control and other experts.

We will offer virtual and remote shoots as an alternative to clients that do not feel comfortable filming in person and want to limit exposure. For those clients, there will be virtual review systems implemented to ensure we can still receive brand feedback and keep the spirit of collaboration alive.

While we have our feet on the ground in New York City, Los Angeles, Dallas, Phoenix, and Chicago, we are genuinely a remote company and have been since our founding in 2015. As a result, we’ve successfully produced content across the United States and various international destinations, including Canada, the Bahamas, Kenya, Hungary, Germany, and more.

In the same way our content meets audiences where they are, we do the same for our clients. With the support of some pretty fantastic travel perks, we’re prepared to meet with your team in most major cities across the U.S.

THE MUSE - CASE STUDY

More than 75 million people each year trust The Muse to help them navigate their career journey, whether it be career advancement or to learn more about companies they will apply to. Dugud Lab became a creative and production partner to develop video content internationally.

PROBLEM: Without a strong production partner, the Muse was left sourcing unreliable freelancers to create content in various territories. This created a large disparity between the quality of production for their top tier clients.

WHAT DUGUD DID: Creative Development, Location Scouts, Styling, Video Production, Transcriptions, Video Retouching and Editing

MACERICH - CASE STUDY

As the third largest operator of upscale malls, Macerich wanted to develop national trending content as well as evergreen local content that could be used by their 100+ centers across the country. Dugud Lab crafted a customized content plan that allowed Macerich to bundle quarterly trend shoots along with monthly local center shoots.

PROBLEM: To keep up with the ever-moving landscape of fashion, homegoods, and culture we analyzed trends to create culturally relevant content. Our localized shoots filled a gap within the prior marketing plans that missed the nuance of local culture.

WHAT DUGUD DID: Creative Development, Casting, Location Scouts, Wardrobe + Prop Styling, Still Photography, Video Production, Still Retouching, Video Editing

RESULT: This plan allowed Macerich to distribute more authentic assets to local marketing managers to showcase each individual center’s unique features and offerings while also fitting into a larger national strategy.

L’OREAL - CASE STUDY

In partnership with the world’s largest cosmetics company, we worked across hair and skincare categories to create original digital advertising. As a result, our videos earned a spot as the company’s highest-performing social content to date.

PROBLEM: Develop custom social advertisement for new product launch, Lash Paradise, in under seven (7) days - from ideation to publishing.

WHAT DUGUD DID: Creative Development, Casting, Storyboards, Location Scout, Wardrobe & Prop Styling, Video Production, Post-Production

RESULT: Dugud Lab created a whimsical, fantasy-driven concept to tease how consumers could “take their lashes to paradise” for the reveal of L’Oreal’s latest product, Lash Paradise. In collaboration with L’Oreal League’s Liza Lash, our video became the company’s highest-performing Snapchat ad to date.
