Studio DREVO specializes in design for a better quality of life and making products for modern urban lifestyle.

The heart of the Studio DREVO are Dejan and Nadja Pfeifer, designers and manufactures of wood products. A team of a designer and an architect, we live and work in Slovenia.

And why wood?

Because we believe in recovery and recycling of natural resources, so when designing, we use natural materials. The essence of sustainable design is in the lifespan of the product and its re-use. This is furniture that is transmitted and used from generation to generation.

In what way do we design and manufacture?

Products are intended for everyday use and are functional, but each object carries with it quite a special, unique story. By using it, you experience that story. We use only wood that connects without metal screws and is protected by natural coatings. It’s made with my hand so it is part of my heart. Because of its simplicity, is suitable for every home.

What are our products?

It could be a Bench in front of your house. A Bird house on the flowering apple tree. A Hanger on which you hang your aunt’s coat. A Table around which all your family gathers. The Bed in which your child dreams. There are so many products, as much you can enjoy your imagination.

bird house UFOSimple wooden elements are transformed into bird loving objects. Great help, if attracting some wild life into your home sounds like a good idea.

Materials: maple plywood, water-resistant varnish, dowels painted in green;

A table that is just the right size. Very useful for every member of the family and it also brings joy to the family environment.

toy DAKI was born like a Phoenix. Some people say that I’m just some scrap piece, left of some project. But I’m much more. I’m a special duck and I have a family. Kwak, kwak!

The story of Grassland lightsGrassland lights are telling the story about Slovenian forest, falling trees, proud tree trunks and healthy wood.

The shape of the light celebrates meadow flowers, like the light is a part of nature in urban surroundings. With simple creative intervention the tree trunk gets alive like a furniture element.
