STUDI KASUS ASSESMENT History of present illness Js, a 49 years old male, comes to the clinic accompanied by his wife. He complained of chest pain after shoveling snow this morning but is in no acute distress at his time. He report that the pain radiated to his jaw and left arm. It was relieved with rest ang two nitroglycerin tablets. During the attack, he complained of being dizzy and anxious. His wife noticed he was breathing rapidly and that he looked pale. Js first experienced nonradiating chest pain 3 years ago. A stress test showed ischemic ST-T waves. He was diagnosed with erxercise-induced angina and prescribed nitroglycerin tablets, 0,3 mg. SL PRN chest pain. He reports taking the nitroglycerin 2 or 3 times during the past year but did not to go the emergency room.
