Alhamdulillahirabbilalamin, in the name of Allah SWT for the merciful, love,
and everything who has given the guidance, blessing, and affection to the
researcher in her life, and the successful in finishing this thesis. Also may
sholawat and salam always be given to the last messanger Muhammad SAW as
the most brilliant man till here after. Now, the researcher would like to express her
deepest gratitude to:
1. Dr. Sri Hartiningsih, M.M, her first advisor, for all the great guidence,
advices, suggestion and support during finishing this thesis.
