From the CEC Health Office – Immunizations Greetings from the CEC Health Office! Please click HERE to read the parent letter from CDPHE

(Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment) regarding immunization information for

the 2021-2022 school year. There is also information regarding changes to “Non-Medical

Vaccine Exemptions” that go into effect for the 2021-2022 school year. If you provide a vaccine

exemption form each year for your student, please refer to the “Exemptions” section of the

letter as there are changes to the exemption process that will begin July 1, 2021. This section

will alert you to the changes that will require a Certificate of Nonmedical Exemption WITH a

signature from an immunizing provider, or a Certificate of Nonmedical Exemption received

upon the completion of CEPHE’s online education module. If you have any questions or

concerns regarding this, please feel free to reach out to Jen McGlue, our school nurse, at

[email protected] or 970-377-1144.

Covid-19 Updates The graph below will be updated each week to help keep you informed of any Covid cases reported to

the school. We will only include information on probable or confirmed cases of staff or students that

have been in the school within 2 weeks of the designation. If your student is in close contact with any

staff or other students who are a confirmed or probable case, we will contact you directly with specific

information. We ask that you please continue to contact the school Health Office if your student is

showing any Covid-19 symptoms or has been exposed to someone with Covid-19.
