Original or attested copies of the institute/university letter (If the application form does not have

the original university stamp) stating that the applicant is a current student of the institute or

university (after 29 April 2013 date). Name of the course, duration of the course, course

commencement date and course end date (including month of the year), number of modules failed

so far (if any), grades (HD, DN, CR, PP) of the last semester must be stated in the university

document. As the course duration will be calculated in months for the selection purposes, the

university document must clearly state this dates in months.
