• PHASE 1: PROCUREMENT
• The Council has identified minimum specifications for prospective vendors including student/learner, faculty/staff, program/office, and institutional functional requirements, and the technical specifications.
• The creation and appointment to the Evaluation Subcommittee. This committee will be responsible for reviewing and scoring vendor submitted vendor proposals.
• PROJECT TIMEFRAMES
• Vendor Proposals review August-Sept 2014
• Vendor Selection October 2014
• Identify Phase 1 pilots Oct-Nov 2014
• Training Nov-Dec 2014
• Phase 1 pilot launch Jan 2015
• Phase 1 evaluation May 2015

*At this point the e-portfolio services will be available to the institution.
