2009 – March 2012 Safety Committee ABC Keystone The ABC Keystone Safety Committee is a merit shop supporting committee made up of all trades dedicated to keeping all workers safe on the job and helping to educate and enlighten the construction community on best practices aimed at safety.

Rick has spent almost two decades as a volunteer fire fighter and has served as Chief Engineer, Lieutenant, Captain, Assistant Chief, and Deputy Chief in several organizations. He is currently a Pennsylvania State Fire Academy authorized Instructor for Rope Rescue, Vehicle Rescue, and Confined Space Rescue. He is also a nationally recognized Rope Rescue Technician, and EMT-B.
