THE STRONGWOOD DIFFERENCE

Express your style, reconnect with nature,

and rekindle your soul. Immerse yourself

in the comfortable, casual elegance

of a Strongwood Log Home.

We know your standards are high.

So to ensure your complete satisfaction,

we have the people, processes, materials

and experience in place to perfect

every last detail, every step of the way.

Let your journey begin now.

Quest for the best.

The Strongwood difference begins with a

smart and beautiful selection of nature’s

finest, most desirable building materials:

namely, Eastern White Pine. And

because we demand the highest quality,

Our homes are designed to meet the highest of standards: yours.

“Strongwood conceived the best possible

design given my lot dimensions and lake

frontage, and they sought my input all

along the way. They definitely exceeded my

expectations. The result was spectacular!”

Rick Johnson

we go to great lengths to craft, mill,

meticulously inspect, and utilize nothing

but the best premium logs and timber.

Our stringent quality control means we

reject much of the wood that many

high-end companies are willing to

accept. And — not that you’ll ever want

to part with it — your Strongwood can

appraise even higher than its original

cost. Now that’s nice to know.

Stellar service.

We believe the success of your building

project, the quality of your home,

and your ultimate satisfaction and

comfort are based on even more than

first-rate products. It depends on the

caliber, experience and caring attitude

of our people. That’s why so many

people choose Strongwood — for our

genuine, old-fashioned customer service.

We provide personal attention,

unwavering support, technical insight

and professional excellence that truly

set us apart. From start to finish,

you can count on us.

Designed for life.

Peace of mind is a beautiful thing.

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty

demonstrates how confident we are in

the quality, care, and pride that goes into

every log and timber in your Strongwood.

It’s among the best guarantees in the

industry. Why settle for less?

For us, it’s a labor

of love;for you, it’s a love that

will last a lifetime

Page 4: Strongwood Floor Plan Book

The difference

an extra step makes

When you choose Strongwood, you get

the comfort of knowing that we don’t

skimp on any details. That’s why virtually

all logs and timbers that go into your

Strongwood are properly kiln-dried. This

extra step is vital in that it produces more

uniform and stable logs, and it reduces and

controls the moisture content. By taking the

extra time and care to kiln-dry, we lessen

the likelihood of warping, twisting, and

shrinking that often happens with

green wood and air-dried lumber.

Strong and beautiful, inside and out.

4

Page 5: Strongwood Floor Plan Book

The result? Energy-efficient log walls

with airtight joints, in a home

that’s more cost-effective

at the outset and over time.

The benefits do not stop there.

Kiln-drying sanitizes the timbers,

making it unnecessary for any harsh

chemical treatments. Strength of the logs

is increased, and interior and exterior

finishes can be applied immediately after

construction. Such applications penetrate

deeper and last longer in kiln-dried wood.

In the end, it all adds up to maintenance

made easy. At Strongwood, it’s all about

inner strength and lasting beauty

that will easily endure a lifetime.

You simply can’t do better than that.

we believeit’s all

about inner strength

and lasting beauty
