1 Samsung Chrome Launch OXO Tower, London 18th May 2011 Challenge Creating a hands on experience for the launch of the Samsung Chrome laptop to key European consumer technology media. To use this as an opportunity to deliver a message of the partnership between Google and Samsung. To deliver the event at an iconic London venue, whilst delivering the excitement of the event to a global audience. Activation Creation utilized the eighth floor of the OXO Tower London with its unique panoramic views of the London skyline to host the event. The venue's birds eye view of the capital coincided with the concept of the chrome Book ‘reaching into the clouds’. A live webcast was created direct from the venue which offered high quality video highlights to a worldwide audience. The OXO tower was branded with bespoke Samsung test stations and banners. These offered a practical location for hands on demonstrations. A conference system complete with LED wall and PA facilities enabled

Wall Street Journal ConferenceImperial College, London18th May 2011

ChallengeCreate a dynamic discussion environment with panel of key speakers at Imperial College for a live televised debate on the future of energy. Build a focused centrepiece and manage the logistics and entertainment of delegates.

ActivationDesigned and built a custom desk to create a focal point and impact for branding. Installed studio sound and lighting kit and closed the space down with drapery for a high quality recording and experience.

Hewlett Packard Brand CampaignUK tourOn-going, 2011

ChallengeTo create a immersive environment for the brand ambassador workshops for HP. Create this to tour UK, France, Germany and China. Bespoke conference build with set, sound, lighting and projection for 2 day events. Ancillary services of providing infrastructure for smaller meetings, product demos and brand ambassador packs.

ActivationFor the launch conference Creation booked Vinopolis venue in London. A central projection screen with HD projectors and custom workstations for interaction zones were housed within a blacked out immersive space.

Intel ConferenceMillbank Studios

ChallengeTo produce an original visual experience for the conference to discuss ‘Smart TV’ with speakers including the CEO of a leading international PR firm, an MP, editor and journalist.

ActivationWith digital content management we turned the presentation into a live televised experience with the audience experiencing the technology from within a TV. This involved creating animated content for the presentation, managing audio and redesigning the lighting in the Millbank Cinema, which produced a dramatic environment for the audience.

Saymedia Party23rd June 2011CannesSaymedia Party23rd June 2011CannesChallengeStretch were asked to create an exclusive cocktail party in Cannes to coincide with the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. As the brief developed it was realised that the event would need to cater for a far greater number of guests and stand as an iconic event for California based company, Saymedia.

ActivationA piece of prime central beach in Cannes was sourced as the ideal location for what would become one of the most talked about parties at the festival. An open sided ‘Stretch’ tent was built on the sand to house a custom stage for the band Friendly Fires, collaborating closely with the band and their technical team to ensure the delivery of a complex event rider. The Stretch design team transformed the blank canvas of the tent into an atmospheric party environment.

BP Olympics SponsorshipRoyal Opera House

ChallengeTo build a high impact stage set for the launch of BP’s Olympic Sponsorship, for a televised conference, with a viewing gallery for prized Olympic artefacts.

ActivationLarge branding wall built on to large stage in the main hall of the Royal Opera House. Stages, blackout, sound and lighting installed seamlessly to create a visually impressive space stage to work alongside a Museum space of branded cubes and media players.

Aviva Rugby Sponsorship2010 – 2011 SeasonUK ChallengeAs part of their sponsorship of the 2010-2011 Premiership Rugby season, Aviva required an experiential showcase at rugby games across the country that would play a vital role in overcoming the powerful legacy of previous title sponsors and place the Aviva brand as THE sponsor of domestic rugby.

ActivationCreation of a bespoke, modular and fully branded inflatable system that formed the ‘Aviva Arena’ which engaged rugby spectators during the pre-match build up. We collaborated with a number of Rugby professionals to design several sport-specific games offering challenging and teamwork based activities for both adults and children. Utilising a team of young, vibrant and rugby-minded promotional staff ensure spectators engaged well with the Aviva Brand. It was activated in 15 locations throughout the UK.
