Physical, mental and emotional response
In today’s world, stress is a part and parcel of our lives
Exceeds the capacity of an individual which leads to mental and physical imbalance
According to Dr. Salye, stress is non specific response of ones body to any demand being made on a person.
Truly, stress is unavoidable and most of us have adapted to it in such a way, that we no longer are aware of it.
