Dr. Charles Nelson, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist at the Operational Stress Injury Clinic at St. Joseph’s Health Care –

London, Parkwood Hospital, where he assesses and treats individuals with posttraumatic stress disorder, associated

anxiety and mood disorders, and chronic pain. He holds cross-appointments as an Adjunct Clinical Professor, Clinical

Psychology Program, with Western University, as well as a Research Scientist with The Lawson Institute. He has

presented at recent international conferences on trauma, pain, mild traumatic brain injury, and smoking cessation.

Patty Murray practises in all areas of labour and employment law, including grievance arbitration, Labour Board matters

and human rights. Patty has a particular interest in human rights matters and is one of the senior practitioners within

the Firm’s Human Rights Practice Group. Patty advocates for clients before the Canadian Human Rights Commission

and is currently involved in litigating a variety of different matters at the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. Patty’s

human rights expertise is not limited to the employment arena; she regularly advises service providers such as School

Boards and Police Service Boards in defending against human rights complaints. She regularly speaks on issues of

human rights to human resource professionals. She also sits as the Co-Chair of the Practice Advisory Committee at the

Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, a committee established to act as a resource to the Tribunal on issues of practice. Lexpert has named

Patty as one of Ontario’s "repeatedly recommended" lawyers practicing in the area of Human Rights, and Patty is cited in Canada’s Best

Lawyers list for 2011, 2012 and 2013. Patty is a partner at Hicks Morley and joined the firm over 20 years ago; she works in Hicks

Morley’s Toronto office.

Patricia Hung is a Toronto Police Officer, a certified From Heartbreak to Happiness® coach, author and keynote speaker.

As the mother of a murdered teenaged daughter, Patricia founded Coaching Joy, an organization dedicated to helping others who are struggling with their own grief.

She is the author of Seven Helpful Ways to Support Those Who Grieve. Her work has been published in Canadian Family Magazine and she is a contributing author to Soulful Relationships, the next book in the best-selling series Adventures in Manifesting.

Erin Moore is the Nutritionist for Toronto Police Service and is an expert on healthy living. She has been the Toronto Police Service’s Nutritionist for the past three years and is very passionate about health and nutrition. Erin is a certified nutritionist (C.N.P) and personal trainer (P.T.S) who specializes in digestive issues, coping with shift work and stress management. She holds a B.A.H. in Kinesiology & Physical Education from Wilfrid Laurier University and a diploma in Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion from Centennial College.

Erin is involved with the development of wellness programs, regularly provides nutrition consultations and conducts workshops on various topics from heart health and stress management to weight loss and digestion.

Bruce Moncur was born in Windsor, Ontario, and joined the military reserves in high school, during the summer of 2001. In 2006, he suffered severe injuries during Operation Medusa in a "friendly fire" incident between Canadian and Ameri-can troops. After undergoing two brain surgeries and extensive rehabilitation, Moncur was released from the Canadian Forces. He recently completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in History at the University of Windsor.
