At the very least I would hope they can reduce their stress and see, hear, or feel the difference. (Wear loose fitted clothing and tennis shoes to this class please). What is being taught in this course is the discussion and awareness of how stress is affecting us all. We will have some fun with short sets of mental and physical movements based on ancient and modern techniques. This is a hands-on participation class that teaches how to disintegrate stress with mind and body movement. First week of class: Bio Dots. Change our physiology or focus, change our state of mind. Can you remember a time when you were NOT under stress? The components of stress activation fight or flight response, B.S. (belief systems) about stress, Discussion of what you already know. Learn how to breathe, move, and shake. Have a quick review of course information. Second week of class: Change our physiology or focus and change our state of mind. Practicing how to breath, move, and shake. What about multi-tasking? 7 plus or minus 2. Learn to relax by utilizing a single pointed focus coupled with breath work. Have a quick review of previous course information. Third week of class: Change our physiology or focus, change our state of mind. Practice breath work, movement, and shaking. Learn 3 ancient Chinese movement techniques. Review all the methods taught in previous on-hand class room.

Bring positive intention along with you and play at 100% I think you'll see a

distinct difference in how you can manage your stress level after it is all said and done.

The C/E formula is about cause and effect. If you can stay on the cause side of this

formula change can happen. Most of all let's all take the opportunity to have loads of fun

while participating in this course.
