Learner I was not surprised by these results; however, they were a reminder of some of the traits that I've attempted to change throughout the past few years and yet they are still there. These are in line with my perfectionistic, workaholic and sensitive personality nature. I am someone that cares a lot about the feelings and personalities of other people and am very interested in what makes people tick. Ultimately, I think that I can find positivity and identify these strengths to help me be successful in my endeavors. For instance, the harmony description provided me information about my role in group projects and team settings in a more positive light; I've viewed my sensitivity and over-caring for the feelings of others can be helpful in these settings. I was not surprised by these results; however, they were a reminder of some of the traits that I've

attempted to change throughout the past few years and yet they are still there. These are in line

with my perfectionistic, workaholic and sensitive personality nature. I am someone that cares a

lot about the feelings and personalities of other people and am very interested in what makes

people tick. Ultimately, I think that I can find positivity and identify these strengths to help me

be successful in my endeavors. For instance, the harmony description provided me information

about my role in group projects and team settings in a more positive light; I've viewed my

sensitivity and over-caring for the feelings of others can be helpful in these settings. This

information can help me be a facilitator of productive group work. Furthermore, knowing that I

am not one that likes or can deal with conflict well, I can call upon the strengths of others in the

group to assist me with conflict resolution. I think that doing this activity is very beneficial

because, like it or not, these are your strengths and having a realistic view of the strengths helps

to guide beneficial ways of life interactions.
