    Subject site located within the Georges River Government Area (LGA) and is designate as zone R3. It is also

    bounded by 3 street frontages; Princes Highway, Lacey Street and Wyuna Street. The immediate context is

    characterized with a mixture of single and double brick buildings as well as commercial developments along

    Princes Highway.
