Looked for Chris McVey - may well have found him but couldn't wake him up or get a look at his face. Checked out the underpasses at Hyde Park Corner at midnight, only one male A8 client, but signs of some bedding in the underpasses nearest the park. Looked for and verified Chris Cook & Paul Kinght. No sign of Roy King at 12.45am. Also checked Westminster Tube & Glastonbury House - no one there. Chris Cook is a new client who we came to the door at the 5 - 7 group, who we later saw bedded down.

Begging. Long and positive contact where he talked about how he had had enough of rough sleeping and being addicted to drugs, wanting to get in and sort his life out. Explained he'd been referred to LA Victoria, also discussed again the possibility of making an appointment for him with Sam B or Caroline. Said he'd come and see me wednesday morning

Wandering around having a drink with another Scottish male, thought he'd go back to his flat later. Happy enough, but cold and quite intoxicated

Wandering about with his trolley, talking to himself in quite an agitated fashion as we approached. Told him the birth certificate he had requested had arrived. Wouldn't talk to me directly (addressed me sideways on), but said he would come down to collect it tomorrow. Encouraged to use 5 - 7 group

70 year old male client, had a bad back and seemed in quite a lot of pain. On a one week bar from Graham House, seemed philisophical about it. Suggested he use the Passage and suggested a night centre referral - he seemed a bit sceptical, using the Manna Centre. Wished him well and said we'd keep an eye out

Not 100% sure it was him, as he had shaved his head and grown a beard, but attitude and expressions were very like him. General gist of the contact was all we ever did was wake him up and we never brought him any food. Wanted to be left alone

Running full pelt down Victoria Street after the soup run. Called out to say she'd be along tomorrow for her birth certificate. Encouraged her to come along

Seemed quite intoxicated, but interested to know if anything had been organised for Spider's funeral. Said we'd keep him informed

Using the toilets to clean himself up. Started by saying that nobody had come to see him in a few weeks and that 'D' had been in hospital a few times. Explained that we'd put on our list for LA Victoria, which seemed happy enough with

In a bad mood, had had a bad day. Complaining that no one would help him, plus said there had been 'other stuff' he couldn't talk about. Then he said he knew it wasn't our fault but still didn't want to talk. Stuck his head under his sleeping bag and asked to be left alone

Talked about his upcoming jaw operation and his frustrations that nothing had happened about it yet. Friendly and cheerful otherwise, talked about his Welsh background. Had had a bad weekend with his absceses

Tall, thin client with spider's web tatoo on check, but a small one. Lots of tatoos on arms, partly bald with long hair at the back. Reckoned he was an old friend of Ronnie's, 42 years old, traveller, come from Cambridge. Had very nasty self harm onm his arms, lots of big fresh cuts. Actual contact was quite confusing, speech a bit vague and rambling, seems he's come down from Cambridge. Asked him to come to The Passage as thought it might be better to engage away from Ronnie

Not in a very good way. Looked quite under the influence, pos. heroin as eye were 'pinned'. Rambling and talking to himself, didn't seem to be taking much in. Started by saying there was a bed for him at the Simon Community and King Georg'es would have him back. Tried to explain to him that he'd have to agree to a move on plan - e.g. detox - to get back to King George's. He felt he could do an alcohol detox. Encouraged him to link in with Sam B and to come along to 5 - 7 group. Later bedded down on the Apollo Steps, rocking backwards and forwards and mumbling.

Wouldn't really engage with us at first, kept opening then closing his eyes as if to see if we had gone away. When I asked if he was Tony he confirmed he was and I recognised him, but he didn't disclose any further information or reasons for not using his flat

Bedded down and verifed. Keen to continue working with Gemma and impressed by her effeciency. Wished him well.
